Couple of minor glitches and comments.
- For some reason my campaign wasnt launched when I wanted it to be - I needed to go back and manually kick it off. This resulted in it hitting the inbox’s around 1 hr and 20 minutes later than I would have liked. Vertical Response’s live support from Salesforce checked it out for me and told me to launch manually
- The Webinar is for a select group of customers and within that group only a select group of users so the appeal is a little less than the stats mentioned on the Vertical Response blog
